Microneedling, layered with your own platelets. Collagen induction plus a regenerative signal, in one session.

How it works

We start with standard microneedling, creating thousands of microchannels that trigger your skin's rebuilding response. Then we apply PRP, your own concentrated platelets and growth factors, directly into those open channels.

The channels are the delivery system. Growth factors that would sit uselessly on the surface get carried straight into the dermis, where they accelerate healing, amplify collagen production, and improve tone in a way microneedling alone does not.

What to expect

Before: stop retinoids for 3 to 5 days, no sun or self-tanner for a week. Hydrate well and eat before you come, since we are drawing blood.

During: blood draw, processing, numbing, then treatment. About 75 to 90 minutes total.

After: sunburned appearance for 24 to 48 hours, generally resolving faster than microneedling alone. No makeup for 24 hours, no exercise for 24 hours, no actives for 3 to 5 days. SPF daily.

Results: glow within the first week, real collagen change at 4 to 6 weeks, cumulative over a series.

Protocol: 3 to 6 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart, then quarterly maintenance.

    On damp skin, lather a nickel-size amount of gentle gel or cream between palms. Massage face and neck for 30–45 seconds, focusing the T-zone, hairline, and around the nose. Keep pressure light to protect the barrier; if you wore SPF or worked out, sweep along the jaw and under the chin.
