What to expect

Fifteen to thirty minutes, no downtime. You'll feel small pinches and can go straight back to your day. Results start showing around day three, fully settle by day fourteen, and last three to four months. Stay upright for four hours after and skip the workout that day.

How many units do I need?

It depends on the area, your muscle strength, and how long you've been treating. As a rough guide: 20 units covers one area, 40 to 60 covers the upper face, and 100 or more covers full face or full face plus jaw and neck. If you aren't sure, book the consult and we'll map it out honestly. We would rather start conservative and add than overcorrect.

    On damp skin, lather a nickel-size amount of gentle gel or cream between palms. Massage face and neck for 30–45 seconds, focusing the T-zone, hairline, and around the nose. Keep pressure light to protect the barrier; if you wore SPF or worked out, sweep along the jaw and under the chin.
